MGM Reaffirms Recommendation of One-Time Dividend LOS ANGELES, April 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. has received a number of inquiries about the status of the one-time dividend of eight dollars per share that MGM's management has recommended to its Board of Directors, subject to the completion of the refinancing of the MGM credit facility.
