Statoil ASA (STO) Tuesday said it has extended its contracts with Schlumberger Ltd. (SLB) and Baker Hughes Inc (BHI) for drilling services for two further years from autumn 2010.

The contract extension is worth NOK2.5 billion a year and covers delivery drilling services for around 25 licenses on the Norwegian continental shelf, Statoil said.
