Joseph Sandri Joins First Avenue Networks Executive Team MCLEAN,

today announced that Joseph M. Sandri, Jr., has joined the company
in the dual capacity of senior vice president and president of the
solutions division. Sandri will be instrumental in structuring,
launching and leading First Avenue Networks Solutions, a division
focused on customizing products and services for the government
market. He will also play a lead role in establishing and operating
a spectrum research and development laboratory, as well as managing
First Avenue's overall operations, which provide carriers with
cost-effective, reliable and rapidly deployed fixed wireless
solutions for mobile backhaul, fiber extensions and high-bandwidth
connectivity. Sandri brings over 14 years of fixed wireless
industry experience to First Avenue. His experience includes
service on the boards of the Wireless Communications Association
International and the Association for Local Telecommunications
Services (now CompTel/ALTS), in addition to ongoing service on the
U.S. State Department International Telecommunications Advisory
Committee for Radiocommunications. He is president-elect of the
Institute for Communications Law Studies, Columbus School of Law,
Catholic University of America, alumni association. Most recently,
he served as the president of IDT Spectrum, and was senior vice
president and regulatory counsel for Winstar/IDT Solutions. "Mr.
