Forsys Metals Corp. (TSX:FSY)(FRANKFURT:F2T)(NAMIBIAN:FSY) ("Forsys" or the
"Company") is pleased to announce today that in connection with the annual and
special meeting of the Company's shareholders held in Toronto on May 22, 2014
(the 'Meeting') and in accordance with section 11.3 of National Instrument
51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the following voting results were
obtained.


A total of 32,828,928 common shares representing 29.88% of the Company's issued
and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the Meeting.

    Company are made by the Company's shareholders.
