Minerals Inc. ("Strait" or "the Company") (TSXV: SRD) has recently
been notified of the results of a review of its interim financial
reports as at March 31, 2012,
June 30, 2012, and September 30, 2012, (the "Q1, Q2 and Q3 FS",
respectively), by the Ontario Securities Commission's Corporate
Finance branch (the "OSC Finance branch").
The OSC Finance branch noted that the Company is
required to include comparative financial information for prior
periods in respect of the statement of changes in equity included
in the Q1, Q2 and Q3 FS.
The Company has remedied this deficiency by
amending the statement of changes in equity in the Q1, Q2 and Q3
FS; comparative information in respect of the full year 2011 has
been replaced by comparative information for the relevant interim
period. Revised interim financial reports for Q1, Q2 and Q3 have
been filed on SEDAR.
