The Bank opened for business on June 30, 2000 and provides a wide range of business and consumer financial services placing emphasis on customer service and access to decision makers. The Company is headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The Bank has two New Jersey branch offices located in Collingswood and Westville and a third branch in Limerick, Pennsylvania. The Company was organized as the holding company for the Bank, in connection with the reorganization approved by the Bank's shareholders at the annual meeting on June 12, 2002. As a bank holding company registered under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, the Company is subject to the supervision and regulation of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the "FRB").
