Findings were the result of input received from interviews with
more than 223,000 workers nationwide, incorporated with data
gathered from 1.5 million company reviews. U. S. Steel received the
highest possible rating of 5 stars and was included in the list of
top, large-size companies recognized by their employees for
demonstrating an authentic and ongoing dedication to building and
supporting a diverse workforce.
