3M Signs Revolving Credit Pact to Borrow Up to $4.25 Billion

3M Co. said Thursday it entered into a $4.25 billion, five-year
revolving credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank.
The maker of Scotch tape, Post-it Notes and thousands of other
industrial and consumer products said in a U.S. securities filing
that the facility replaces a prior $3 billion, five-year revolving
credit agreement from 2019.
The company can increase the facility to up to $5.25 billion, 3M
added.
