Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On August 8, 2022, Viasat, Inc. released its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2023 in a letter to shareholders that is available on the investor relations section of its website. A copy of the press release announcing the release of financial results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the letter to shareholders is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
