Change in the scheduled date for the Ordinary General Meeting

Companhia Paranaense de Energia - COPEL (“Company”), a company that generates, transmits, distributes and trades energy, communicates its shareholders and to the market in general that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), originally scheduled for April 18, 2024, had its date changed to April 22, 2024, as already updated in the annual calendar of corporate events.

 

Guidelines on shareholder participation, call notice materials and the Management proposal will be made available in due course, in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations.
