Regulation FD Disclosure

An analyst report published on June 7, 2024 referred to discussions with the Company’s management regarding, among other things, loans rated special mention disclosed in our Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, and specifically noted comments from management that the relationship considered to be the primary driver for the sequential increase in special mention loans for the first quarter of 2024 had been resolved following the end of the quarter. The Company would like to clarify that, while management believes that such special mention relationship will be resolved with minimal losses in the near term, it has not yet been fully resolved. Management continues to believe that the overall credit quality of the portfolio is strong and within its expectations.
