securities to be registered hereunder are units of beneficial interest (the “Shares”), of the Dynamic Short Short-Term
Volatility Futures ETF (the “Fund”), a series of Dynamic Shares Trust (the “Trust”). An application
for listing of the Shares of the Fund has been filed with and approved by Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. A description of the Shares is contained
in the Fund’s prospectus, which is a part of the Registration Statement on Form S-1 (Registration No. 333-277681), filed
with the Securities and Exchange Commission on or about May 29, 2024. Such description is incorporated by reference herein.
