Rio de Janeiro, September 30, 2024, Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A - Eletrobras informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors has dismissed Mr. José Renato Domingues from the position of Vice President of People, Management and Culture of Eletrobras.

As a result, Mr. Renato Costa Santos Carreira, Vice President of Supplies and Services of the Company, will temporarily assume the position of Vice President of People, Management and Culture, until a new Vice President is elected and duly sworn in.

The Company will keep the market informed on the matter.
