AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SCHEDULE 13G
Reference is hereby made to the statement on Schedule 13G filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the Reporting Persons with respect to the
Common Stock of the Issuer on August 12, 2024 (the “Schedule 13G”). Terms defined in the Schedule 13G are used herein as so defined.

Percentage ownership is based on 149,271,235 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of October 9, 2024, as reported in the Issuer’s Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2024 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 24, 2024.
As of September 30, 2024 the Reporting Persons beneficially owned 15,000,000 shares of Common Stock, or 9.9% of the total shares outstanding based on
151,226,872 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of July 12, 2024, as reported in the Issuer’s Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2024 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 25, 2024.
The shares reported herein are directly held by the Partnership. Each of the Reporting Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares reported herein
except to the extent of its or his pecuniary interest therein.
