On January 27, 2025, Moleculin Biotech, Inc. (the “Company”) filed an 8-K with an incorrect hyperlink for exhibit 99.1 that was filed herewith. This Current Report (this "Report") on Form 8-K/A is being filed to correct the hyperlink for Exhibit 99.1.
