Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

Mawson Infrastructure Group Inc. (NASDAQ: MIGI) ("Mawson" or "the Company"), a publicly-traded technology company focused on digital infrastructure platforms for artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and digital assets markets, announced today that it will participate in the Roth Capital Annual Conference, and the NVIDIA GTC AI Conference in March, 2025.

 

Mawson will also participate in the 37th Annual Roth Capital Conference taking place March 16-18, 2025, in Dana Point, California. The Annual Roth Conference event is one of the premier U.S. investor conferences bringing together institutional investors, sector analysts, industry leaders, and growth companies.

 

Mawson will also join the NVIDIA GTC AI Conference taking place March 17-21, 2025 in San Jose, California. NVIDIA’s GPU Technology Conference is a global artificial intelligence (AI) conference focused on applications of artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and deep learning.
