Holdings S.A. 121 Avenue de la Faiencerie, L-1511 Luxembourg is now the
beneficial owner of 4,179,000 ordinary shares in Heiton Holdings plc,
representing 8.85% of the issued share capital of that class.

The above shares are registered in the names of Aurum Nominees Limited
(1,882,000 shares) and Harlequinn Nominees Limited (2,297,000 shares).
