                               Grant of Royal Warrant

Air Partner, the global corporate aircraft charter broker, is pleased to
announce that on 28 December 2003 it was granted a Royal Warrant as Supplier of
Aircraft Charter to Her Majesty the Queen. The Royal Warrant has been granted to
David Savile, Chief Executive of Air Partner and will be for a period of 5 years
with effect from 1 January 2004. Air Partner has been chartering aircraft for
the Royal Family for the past seven years and is the first and only aviation
company to hold a Royal Warrant. The Royal Warrant is widely regarded as a mark
of excellence and it entitles Air Partner to display the Royal Arms together
with the words "By Appointment".
