    BELLA MEDIA Plc (the "Company" or "Bella Media")

    Shareholder Update

    The Directors of Bella Media have been in discussions with a number of potential acquisition opportunities over the last twelve months
but to date none have proven viable.

    The Directors are currently in discussions which may lead to an acquisition or investment but the Company will not be in a position to
publish an Admission Document prior to 29 December 2008 and hence it is anticipated that trading in the Company's shares will be suspended
on that date in accordance with Rule 14 of the AIM Rules.
