Management change

It is with regret that the Company announces the resignation, with effect from Monday, 13th January 2020, of Andrew Phillips, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Andrew Phillips was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Andrews Sykes on 2nd March 2015. Although not a main board director of Andrews Sykes, he was responsible for the financial affairs of the Andrews Sykes group, reporting directly to the Board. Since his appointment, he has worked closely with the Board and other members of the senior management team in the implementation of many financial initiatives and improvements. The Board wish him well with his future career.

The Board is considering its options for replacing Mr Phillips and, in the short term, Mr Phillips' responsibilities will be divided amongst other members of the senior management team. The Board will closely monitor the situation and is confident that there are adequate resources in place with the right capabilities to maintain the standards of the Company's financial reporting.

A further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
