In accordance with the terms of the base prospectus dated 28(th) September 2018, our investor report including covenant compliance at 31 March 2020 is now available on the heylo website http://heylohousing.com/heylo-housing-group-retail-bond.

The company has continued make progress in the last quarter and as of today, 95% of the Company's property portfolio is occupied and yielding. Once all properties in the portfolio are occupied and yielding, we anticipate that the annual rent roll will be ca. GBP 550 - 570,000 i.e. >2x the annual bond payments. In addition, the company has continued to trade satisfactorily during the lockdown period to date and rent collections have remained strong and in excess of 97% over that period.
