Results of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

Katoro Gold PLC (AIM: KAT), the strategic and precious minerals exploration and development company, announces that it held its AGM today. With the exception of Resolution 8 regarding Section 656 of the Companies Act 2006, which was duly considered by shareholders who deemed it not necessary for any specific action or measures to be taken and or implemented at this time, all other resolutions were passed on a show of hands. The results of the proxy votes are shown in the table below.
