(NYSE Amex, Units: "EST.U", Common Stock: "EST," Warrants: "EST.WS") ("Enterprise") announced today that is has set a record date of October 5, 2009 for the Enterprise special meetings of stockholders and warrantholders to consider and vote for the proposed business combination with ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. ("ARMOUR") as more fully discussed below. Enterprise and ARMOUR currently anticipate that the special meetings will be held in late October.
