Tintina Resources Inc. ("Tintina" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:TAU)(OTCQX:TINTF) announces that Mr. Henry Park has tendered his
resignation as a director of the Company, effective immediately, in order to
devote time to manage his other commitments.


Raj Chowdhry said, "We appreciate what Henry has contributed to the Company over
the past two years and wish him all the best in the future."
