2015 /CNW/ - Tintina Resources Inc. ("Tintina" or the
"Company") (TSX.V:"TAU"; OTCQX: "TINTF") announces the results
of its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), which was held on
April 21, 2015 in Vancouver, British Columbia at which 76.5% of
the Company's issued shares were represented.
Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions
presented, including the re-election of our auditors, Ernst &
Young LLP, and all director nominees, namely Bruce Hooper, Rick Van
Nieuwenhuyse, Mark Pinho,
Eric Vincent, and Paul Hallam.
The Board of Directors would like to thank the
shareholders for their continued support. Chief Executive Officer,
Bruce Hooper stated, "We appreciate
the active support of our shareholders as we progress with
permitting our flagship property, the Black Butte Copper Project.
We continue our comprehensive site studies while consulting with
our regional communities. This will enable us to submit an
application for a mine operating permit from the Montana Department
of Environmental Quality (DEQ) this year."
