On May 24, 2023, Strong Global Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

The management of the Company may be attending the in-person LD Micro Invitational XIII Conference being held at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles, CA June 6 - 8, 2023 and may discuss certain preliminary operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023 during any investor meetings they participate in. The investor deck to be referenced during any such investor meetings is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
