Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share. The dividend will be paid on April 3, 2024 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2024. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)—February 28, 2024—The Board of Directors of Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE:KSS) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable April 3, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 20, 2024.
