Daily Journal Corporation (the “Company”) will be unable to file its Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2024 within the prescribed time frame because the Company is still compiling information for the Form 10-Q and the auditors have not had a chance to complete their review of the financial statements for such fiscal quarter.
The Company expects to make its Form 10-Q filing no later than February 19, 2025.
