Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. (TSX – SWP) (“Swiss Water” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Director nominees listed in the Information Circular for its annual general meeting of Shareholders held yesterday, were elected as Directors of Swiss Water. In addition, subject to TSX approval, Shareholders authorized any Director or Officer to take all necessary steps and proceedings to execute and file any documents and other instruments that may be necessary to give effect to the approved amendments to the 2011 Restricted Share Unit Plan. With a 88.35% of voting support the Shareholders approved: a) proposed amendments to the RSU Plan described under the heading “Approval of Amendments to the 2011 Restricted Share Unit Plan” and substantially in the form attached as Appendix A to the Company’s Management Information Circular dated May 9, 2019; and b) that the 24,492 over-granted RSUs are ratified.
