plc ("ASCT") has a notifiable interest in 8,460,500 ordinary shares of 1p each
in the Company ("Shares"), representing approximately 5.21% of the Company's
issued share capital.


The Shares to which this notification relates are registered as follows:

The above holding forms part of the interest of Aberforth Partners, which
remains unchanged at 20,525,295 shares, representing approximately 12.63% of the
