                          Proposed Share Consolidation


As previously announced by the Company in their Preliminary Results announcement
issued on 8 April, 2008, the directors of getmobile have proposed a resolution
at the forthcoming AGM, which if passed, authorises the directors to effect a 1
for 10 consolidation of the existing share capital. As provided for by the
Articles of Association the directors propose to round up any fractional
entitlements to the nearest whole number.


The proposed corporate action timetable for the consolidation, which remains
conditional on shareholder approval, is set out below;


AGM                                                                 Friday 9 May
Last day of dealing in existing ordinary shares                     Friday 9 May
First Day of dealing in new ordinary shares                        Monday 12 May
New certificates posted                                         by Monday 26 May



Application will today be made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock
Exchange for up to 9,447,800 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of
the Company to be admitted to trading on the IEX Market of the Irish Stock
Exchange and the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings are
expected to commence in these shares on Monday 12 May, 2008.



The number of shares actually admitted will be confirmed on Monday 12 May, 2008.
This is subject to minor variation due to the rounding up of fractional
entitlements.
