The Company announces that on 9 May 2008 the following director of Heritage
exercised  options over ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") as
detailed below:

Following the aforementioned the Director's beneficial holdings in the Company

The Company has headroom under its block listing for 338,900 Ordinary Shares.
Application will  be made today for the balance of the Ordinary Shares (472,100)
(the "New Shares") to be admitted  to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market ('AIM') in connection with the exercise of these options.  Admission of
the New Shares to AIM is expected to become effective at 8.00 am on 15 May 2008.
