Petrobras on Bahia Terra production

Rio de Janeiro, March 14, 2023 - Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras, following up on the release disclosed on December 13, 2022, clarifies that it is taking all necessary steps to resume production at the Bahia Terra Cluster by April. The cluster had its operations halted at the request of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) at the end of last year and, since then, the Company has been following the schedule proposed to the regulatory agency to resume production.

Additionally, any intended decisions by the new administration on investments and asset disposals must be analyzed by the appropriate governance bodies.

Facts deemed relevant on the subject will be timely disclosed to the market.
