7 September 2023 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the
market leader in automated Value Cycle solutions for the US
healthcare market, announces that on 6 September 2023 , Keith
Neilson, CEO of the Company, received 12,904 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of
options over 34,472 Ordinary Shares, via the Company's net
settlement* facility.
Following the net* exercise of these share options, Mr. Neilson
holds 3,459,443 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company,
representing 9.80% of the Company's issued share capital (excluding
243,175 Ordinary Shares held in treasury).

national insurance contributions
