    getmobile europe plc (the "Company")

    Directors' Dealings


    The Company was notified on 10 June 2008 of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):

1.              Purchase of 20,000 Ordinary Shares at �1.28 by Patrick Bosch a director of the Company.
 
2.                   Purchase of 50,000 Ordinary Shares at �1.28 by Imma Boccadamo, the spouse of Sven Schreiber, a director of the
Company.
 
3.                   Purchase of 130,000 Ordinary Shares at �1.28 by Tiburon Unternehmensaufbau GmbH (*Tiburon*). Tiburon is a company
jointly owned by Tim Schwenke and his spouse (as to 46%) and Daniel Wild and his spouse (as to 46%). Tim Schwenke and Daniel Wild are both
directors of the Company. Their entire respective holdings in the Company are held by Tiburon.


    The resultant holdings are as follows:

    * Patrick Bosch and his wife hold in aggregate 47,235 shares personally and 133,591 shares via Bosch Verm GbR, a company 40% owned by
Patrick Bosch and his wife and 60% by other members of Patrick Bosch's family.

    ** Sven Schreiber holds 184,737 shares directly, Imma Boccadamo his spouse holds 63,000 shares and the balance of 58,340 shares are held
by Schreiber Verm GbR, a company owned 26% by Sven Schreiber and 74% by other members of his family.

    Following the 1 for 10 share consolidation effected at the close of business on 9 May 2008, the Company has 9,447,291 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
