Shares of spaceflight company Virgin Galactic (SPCE) have made massive moves in both directions since the middle of last year. The stock has lost more than 66% of its value in the past year and over 32% this year so far. It is nearing its 52-week lows at just $6.7 from the 52-week high of $57.51 that it had reached after it received its commercial operating license from the Federal Aviation Administration last year. It even went out to become one of the market's most shorted stocks when the fear of inflation due to the Russia-Ukraine war and ongoing COVID-19 issues took over financial markets.
