    Commencement of Xetra trading on German Entry Standard Market and appointment of Close Brothers Seydler as Designated Sponsors.

    Entry Standard Listing on German Stock Exchange
    getmobile announces that as anticipated in the prospectus issued on 22 September and following its requested cancellation of the IEX
market listing on 22 October the Company's 10p Ordinary Shares are now listed on the Entry Standard Market of the German Stock Exchange and
have this morning commenced trading on the Xetra platform. The Entry Standard Listing is in addition to the Company's quotation on AIM.

    Appointment of Close Brothers Seydler AG as Entry Standard Market Designated Sponsor
    getmobile is also pleased to announce that, simultaneously with the commencement of trading on the Xetra platform, Close Brothers
Seydler AG have been appointed as the Company's Designated Sponsors on the Entry Standard Market.  Close Brothers Seydler AG specialise in
the trading of mid, small and micro cap companies in Germany.

    Davy continue as broker, nominated adviser and principal financial adviser to the Company in relation to our ongoing AIM quote.

    The publication of the prospectus, the listing on the Entry Standard Market, the commencement of German trading on the Xetra platform
and the appointment of Close Brothers Seydler all reflect the Company's stated intention to seek to increase shareholder value by
proactively marketing and increasing liquidity of the trading of its shares in Germany where the getmobile brand is well known and where its
operating businesses are based.
